1. Who we are

TALENT CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FZ-C.L.L ("Talent Capital", "we", "us") is a recruitment and HR advisory company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, under licence number 2653292.01, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through talentcapital.ae and in the course of our services.

We process personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Who this policy applies to

Candidates who submit a CV, join our Talent Pool, apply for a role or request Career Advisory.
Clients and prospective clients who contact us about our services.
Website visitors and subscribers to our job alerts or news.

3. Information we collect

Candidates: name, contact details, CV, employment history, education, skills, current and expected salary, LinkedIn profile, industry and seniority preferences, notes from interviews and screening calls, and, with your permission, references.

Clients: name, job title, company, business contact details and information about the roles or HR needs you share with us.

Website visitors: technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. Where we get your information

Most information comes directly from you. We may also receive it from job boards where you applied, from publicly available professional profiles such as LinkedIn, from people who referred you, and from employers who interviewed you through us.

5. Sensitive information

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religion or ethnic origin. If your CV includes it, we limit its use and do not use it in hiring decisions.

6. How we use your information

To assess your profile and match you with suitable roles.
To present your profile to employers — only with your prior consent for each opportunity.
To contact you about your application, suitable roles or your request.
To provide recruitment, advisory and salary benchmarking services to our clients.
To send job alerts or news, where you have subscribed.
To operate, secure and improve our website.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one, our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services, and compliance with legal obligations.

8. Use of technology and AI

We use technology, including AI-supported tools, to help our consultants review CVs and identify relevant roles. These tools support our team but do not make decisions. Every shortlisting and hiring decision is made by a person. You can contact us to ask how these tools are used or to object to this processing.

9. Sharing your information

We share personal data only where needed:

With employers, when you have agreed that we present you for a specific role.
With service providers that support our operations, such as hosting, CRM and recruitment software, and email services, under confidentiality obligations.
With authorities, where required by law.
With a new owner of our business, if it is merged or acquired. We will notify you if this happens.

We do not sell personal data.

10. When your CV is shared with an employer

Once you agree that we present you for a role, the employer receives your profile and becomes responsible for how it handles that copy under its own privacy policy.

11. International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection, as required by applicable law.

12. How long we keep your data

We keep your profile for as long as you remain in our Talent Pool, so we can offer you relevant roles over time. We regularly review inactive profiles and will contact you to check whether you want to stay in the pool. If you don't reply or ask us to remove your data, we delete it.

Client and visitor data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

13. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access is limited to team members who need it for their work.

14. Job alerts and your CV

If you subscribe to job alerts, we use your email and preferences to send relevant roles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can update your CV at any time by submitting a new version.

15. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion of your data;
withdraw your consent at any time;
object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@talentcapital.ae. Before acting on a request, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 3 days.

Exercising your rights will not affect how we treat your application or your business with us.

16. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority in the UAE.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
