Business Development Manager (Developers & Real Estate Agencies)

About the role

This role is responsible for developing new B2B relationships across the UAE real estate market, with a focus on property developers and real estate agencies.

You will identify commercial opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, present the company’s solutions, negotiate partnerships and create a sustainable pipeline of high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a target list of property developers, brokerages and related real estate businesses;
• Develop relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors and other decision-makers;
• Generate meetings through direct outreach, networking, events and referrals;
• Identify client needs and create commercially relevant proposals;
• Lead presentations, negotiations and contract discussions;
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts;
• Build long-term accounts and identify opportunities to expand cooperation;
• Monitor market activity, new launches, competitor movements and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in UAE real estate or a closely related sector;
• Strong understanding of developers, brokerages and the Dubai property ecosystem;
• Existing network within UAE real estate is a strong advantage;
• Demonstrated ability to open doors and manage senior stakeholders;
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills;
• Commercial discipline and experience working against sales targets;
• Fluent English;
• Russian or Arabic is an advantage.
