Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who can turn business ideas into relevant, polished and engaging content.

The role combines content planning, copywriting, social media management and hands-on content production, with a strong focus on Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage monthly content calendars across priority social platforms;
• Create post concepts, captions, scripts, carousels and short-form video ideas;
• Coordinate photo and video production and prepare clear creative briefs;
• Publish and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels;
• Monitor comments, messages, trends and community engagement;
• Track content performance and optimize formats, topics and posting strategy;
• Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual brand standards;
• Research industry trends, competitors and high-performing content formats;
• Work with designers, videographers and internal experts to produce content;
• Support event coverage, campaigns and employer-brand content when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media and content experience for a brand, agency or fast-paced business;
• Strong English copywriting and storytelling skills;
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form content formats;
• Ability to develop content ideas that are commercially relevant, not generic;
• Experience briefing designers, photographers and videographers;
• Comfortable working with analytics and using performance data to improve content;
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency;
• Basic content editing or design skills are an advantage;
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.
