Team Leader (Real Estate)

About the role

A Dubai real estate brokerage is hiring a Team Leader to manage, coach and grow a team of property consultants.

The role combines sales leadership with hands-on commercial activity and requires strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, disciplined pipeline management and the ability to raise team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of real estate agents;
• Set individual and team targets and monitor activity, pipeline and conversion;
• Run regular sales meetings, deal reviews and performance coaching;
• Support agents with negotiations, complex clients and closing strategies;
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and lead follow-up standards across the team;
• Recruit, onboard and develop new agents when required;
• Work with Marketing and management on project priorities and sales campaigns;
• Build relationships with developers, investors and key market partners;
• Track market trends, project launches and competitor activity;
• Deliver both team revenue targets and agreed personal production where applicable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience with a strong performance record;
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is highly preferred;
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and/or secondary market sales;
• Proven ability to coach agents and improve conversion performance;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and deal-management skills;
• Strong CRM discipline and understanding of sales KPIs;
• Confident, accountable and commercially driven leadership style;
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
