Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment assignments across professional and specialist roles.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, map the market, source and assess candidates, manage interview processes and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from brief through offer and placement;
• Clarify job requirements, success criteria and candidate profiles with clients;
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards and direct search;
• Conduct screening and competency-based interviews;
• Prepare qualified shortlists and candidate summaries;
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, references and offer stages;
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and priority roles;
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruitment activity;
• Track market intelligence, salary expectations and candidate availability;
• Maintain professional communication with both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency or in-house recruitment experience;
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills;
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities;
• Excellent communication, interviewing and relationship-management skills;
• Commercial awareness and ability to understand different business functions;
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through;
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage;
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS or recruitment CRM systems is preferred.
