Sales Director (Developer)

About the role

A real estate developer is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales function across direct, broker and strategic channels.

The role owns revenue delivery, team performance, sales planning, channel development and commercial execution across project launches and ongoing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy by project, segment and channel;
• Own sales targets, forecasting, pipeline quality and revenue performance;
• Lead, coach and performance-manage the internal sales team;
• Build and strengthen relationships with top brokerages and key channel partners;
• Design broker engagement, incentive and activation programs with Marketing;
• Establish sales processes, KPIs, reporting standards and CRM discipline;
• Support pricing, inventory allocation and commercial strategy with senior management;
• Lead major client negotiations and high-value transactions;
• Coordinate launches, roadshows, exhibitions and international sales initiatives;
• Provide market intelligence on buyer demand, competitors and channel performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role;
• Strong track record with a recognized developer or high-performing off-plan business;
• Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering significant sales targets;
• Deep knowledge of Dubai off-plan sales, broker networks and investor behaviour;
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation and forecasting skills;
• Data-driven leadership style with strong CRM and reporting discipline;
• Excellent English communication and executive-level presentation skills;Existing senior broker and investor network is highly desirable.
