Marketing Manager (Developer)

About the role

A UAE real estate developer is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead project marketing across brand, digital, content, events and sales enablement.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Sales, agencies, media partners and project stakeholders to generate qualified demand and strengthen the developer’s market position.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and project-specific marketing strategies and budgets;
• Lead launch campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, PR, events and direct marketing;
• Manage project positioning, messaging, creative development and marketing collateral;
• Oversee lead-generation campaigns and track CPL, lead quality, conversion and ROI;
• Coordinate agencies, media partners, production teams and suppliers;
• Support Sales with presentations, brochures, events, broker communications and campaign materials;Manage social media and content calendars together with internal or external teams;
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer insights;
• Prepare regular performance reports and optimize activity based on results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in UAE real estate development;
• Strong understanding of off-plan property marketing and lead-generation channels;
• Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets and external agencies;
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into action;
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills;
• Experience with CRM, digital analytics and paid media reporting is preferred.
