Head of Operations (Beauty Clinic)

About the role

A premium beauty and aesthetics clinic is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day performance, service quality and operational efficiency.

This is a leadership role combining people management, customer experience, process control and commercial responsibility across front office, scheduling, inventory, service delivery and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure consistent service standards;
• Manage front-of-house, administrative and operational teams;
• Optimize appointment scheduling, capacity utilization and customer flow;
• Track operational KPIs including revenue, utilization, cancellations, retention and service quality;
• Implement SOPs, controls and quality standards across the clinic;
• Manage procurement, stock levels, suppliers and operational costs;
• Partner with medical leadership to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery;
• Handle escalated customer issues and protect a premium client experience;
• Recruit, onboard, train and performance-manage operational staff;
• Support budgeting, forecasting and expansion or new-service initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations management experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality or premium healthcare;Previous UAE experience is strongly preferred;
• Strong people leadership and service-quality orientation;
• Excellent process management and attention to operational detail;
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and performance KPIs;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment;
• Strong English; additional languages are an advantage;
• Knowledge of clinic management systems, scheduling tools and inventory controls is preferred.
