Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead a retail store in Dubai and take full ownership of its commercial and operational performance.

The role focuses on driving sales, building and motivating a high-performing team, and delivering an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards. You will manage day-to-day store operations, inventory and visual merchandising, and work closely with the area management, merchandising and marketing teams to grow revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales, conversion, average ticket and profitability targets;
• Lead, coach and motivate the store team, including recruitment, scheduling, training and performance management;
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally;
• Manage day-to-day store operations, opening and closing procedures, cash handling and compliance with company policies;
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock counts and shrinkage control;
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines;
• Analyse sales reports and KPIs, identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve performance;
• Coordinate with area management, merchandising and marketing teams on promotions, product launches and in-store events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience, including at least 2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager;
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance;
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing teams;
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management and visual merchandising;
• Customer-focused, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with POS and retail management systems;
• UAE retail experience is highly desirable;
• Strong English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
